Organizing for "This Small Space"

The problem:  Limited drawer space and lots of kitchen gadgets.  I love my kitchen gadgets and wouldn't dream of getting rid of any.  How could I make egg salad without my egg cutter.  Or what would a holiday dinner be without the butter slicer.  Of course, I haven't found a spatula I didn't love.  Too many gadgets makes it difficult to get the drawer closed!

The solution:  A pegboard wall to proudly display my kitchen trophies.  This display is inside a closet in the kitchen (along with the washer and dryer).  I am so excited, I want another pegboard wall on the opposite side so I can buy MORE GADGETS!

I saw this idea at a friend's house (thanks, Carole) and knew it would be a winner.   I bought the pegboard, wood strips and screws from the local hardward store.  They cut the pegboard for me.  Brian glued the wood strips to the back of the pegboard and screwed the boards to the wall using 2 1/2" screws.  I couldn't find the white plastic pegs at any local store.  But I found them on the Internet at the Wallpeg Store.  50 J and L pegs for $11.  I got the pegs in 5 days and had the wall filled in 15 minutes!

It takes so little to make me happy
Something like a fun, organizing solution puts a smile on my face
